Applying for a place

To apply for a place at our nursery, you will need to complete an application form and bring with you the following documents to support your application:

• Child's Birth Certificate.
• Proof of your address (utility bill/bank statement).
• Proof of your eligibility to funding (Universal Credit statement/golden ticket/asylum details).

Please note: If your child is eligible for funding, a place will be allocated dependant on whether we have spaces available. If we do not have any places available, we will add your application to our waiting list.
